Lake Home Transformation

This project demonstrates how an inefficient, overscaled house can be transformed into a more functional home that projects a more welcoming and approachable image.
Impetus for the exterior transformation was provided by the premature failure of windows and the subsequent damage to the structure of the house, so the need for all new siding and windows naturally opened up possibilities for reducing the apparent scale of the house. Details add to the effect.
